We have spent years next to travellers, at the moment they actually need someone. Alfred is what we learned, an app built for people on the move.
Alfred started in Florence as a property manager and grew by building its own technology. That technology is now a product of its own: a company developing the travel assistant and the platform that runs it.
The pilot is live in Florence, with real guests from our own property management. From there the assistant opens up to other hospitality operators, in Italy and across Europe.
